    Personio acts as the leading source for people data; Nova reconciles the workforce against the user accounts it manages.

  • Lifecycle routines

    New hires, transfers, and exits from Personio trigger the lifecycle routines you configure in Nova, such as creating accounts, updating assignments, or disabling access.

  • Simulation preview

    Before anything is applied, a simulation preview shows which creations, updates, and deactivations are pending.

  • Rehires

    Nova recognizes rehires from the existing record and reactivates the previous user profile instead of creating a duplicate.

  • Field mapping

    Which Personio fields map to which Nova attributes is set through the configurable field mapping; we define the exact scope with you during the project.

Integration and identity lifecycle

Technical integration

The integration uses Personio's documented REST API, authenticated with API credentials from your Personio account. We scope the sync details to your processes as part of the project.

In the identity lifecycle

Personio becomes the leading trigger for joiners, movers, and leavers: Nova creates, updates, and deactivates users accordingly. Access requests and recertifications then run on current organizational data, for example when routing approvals to the right manager.
